Protect your materials against moisture, or prevent fine dust from escaping with our Water & Dust Proof Big Bag. Unlike standard woven bags which are porous, this heavy-duty bag is equipped with a thick 60-micron LDPE inner liner.
This fused liner creates a completely sealed barrier, making the bag versatile for two main purposes:
– Water Proof: Keeps dry materials (like cement, pellets, salt, or grain) 100% dry, even when stored outdoors in the rain.
– Dust Proof: Prevents fine powders (like ash, sand, silica, or chemicals) from sifting through the fabric or leaking during transport.
The outer shell is constructed from robust 140gsm polypropylene with a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1,000 kg. The bag features a top filling skirt with a tie-string, allowing you to seal the liner and outer bag tightly. This ensures a fully closed system where no dirt gets in, and no product gets out.
