Complaints

If you have a complaint, we advise you to contact us by phone to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You can report complaints about our products as well as our services to us.

Of course, there is also the possibility to submit your complaint in writing. For a quick and correct handling of your complaint, we kindly ask you to include the following information:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The order number or invoice number
  • A clear description of the complaint
  • The desired solution
  • As soon as we receive your complaint, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt. You will receive a response by phone or email within 7 calendar days after the acknowledgment of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: In the case of a complaint about damaged items, this must first be submitted to us so that we can discuss the best and most appropriate solution together. For example, if something is defective and cannot be repaired, we may consider not requiring the item to be returned. This saves time and return costs. For defective items returned on your own initiative, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
