Delivery Times UK
Ordered on a working day (Mon-Fri) before 4:00 PM will be dispatched the same day.
Normally delivered within 2 days.

Exceptions
We do not deliver or dispatch on official public holidays.
Please note: we always depent on our carriers DPD/DHL. Therefore, we can never 100% guarantee that the delivery appointment will be kept.
For large orders, please allow an extra day for delivery due to pallet transport, just to be sure.

Track & Trace
With every order, we send a Track & Trace code. This usually follows in the late evening or early morning because the packages are picked up and processed at night. In some cases, the Track & Trace code may end up in your spam box. Haven’t received a Track & Trace code? Please contact us.

Shipping Costs
We provide free delivery for all orders with a minimum order value of £50. For orders less than £50, we charge £6.95 for shipping costs.
