Delivery Times UK
Orders placed on a working day (Mon–Fri) before 4:00 PM will be dispatched the same day.
Normally delivered within 2 days.

Exceptions
We do not deliver or dispatch on official public holidays.
Please note: we always depend on our carriers DPD/DHL. Therefore, we can never guarantee 100% that the delivery time will be met.

For large orders, please allow an additional day for pallet transport.

Track & Trace
With every order, we send a Track & Trace code.This is usually sent in the late evening or early morning because the packages are picked up and processed at night. In some cases, the Track & Trace code may end up in your spam folder. Haven’t received a Track & Trace code? Please contact us.

Shipping Costs
We provide free delivery for all orders with a minimum order value of £75. For orders less than £75, we charge £6.95 for shipping.
