Place your order on working days (Mon–Fri) before 4:00 PM for same-day dispatch.
Standard Delivery: Within 2 working days.

Exceptions & Pallets
– Bank Holidays: We do not dispatch or deliver on UK Bank Holidays.
– Large Orders (Pallets): For bulk orders shipped on pallets, please allow an extra working day for delivery.

Please note: While we work with premium carriers like DPD to ensure speed and reliability, delivery times are estimates and subject to external factors.

Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking link. You will automatically receive this via email late in the evening or early the next morning, once your parcel has been collected and processed at the depot.
