Delivery times – UK
Orders placed on working days (Mon–Fri) before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
Standard delivery time: within 2 working days.

Exceptions
We do not dispatch or deliver on official public holidays.
Please note: while we work with reliable carriers like DPD and DHL, delivery times may vary and cannot be guaranteed 100%.

For large orders shipped on pallets, please allow an extra working day for delivery.

Tracking 
Every order includes a tracking code. This is usually sent late in the evening or early the next morning, after your parcel has been collected and processed.

Shipping costs
Delivery is free on all orders over £75. For orders under £75, a shipping fee of £7.95 applies.
